BOOKING AT STYLIA VILLAS MAURITIUS SUGGEST YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS….

Rates

Displayed rates are in Euros € per night and are subject to modification at any time.
Prices on the website do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended to all our guests to take a travel insurance including a special Covid-19 Health and Repatriation Cover.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation policy is as follow:
  • 15 days after booking: 5% of total amount
  • More than 3 months prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
  • Less than 3 months prior to arrival: 100% of total amount
Note 1: Cancellation is not immediate; we will revert to the Client within 48 hours of receipt of the email requesting to cancel the booking.
Note 2: Special cancellation policy applies to special offers.

Check-In & Check Out

Check-In time is as from 1:00pm
Check-out time is until 11:00am
Early Check-In and Late Check Out can be arranged for a fee & depending on availability. Please contact us to pre-book any Check-In or Late Check Out.
If a Check-In is scheduled after 05:00pm, the Management of Stylia Villas should be made aware at least 48h prior to arrival. Failing to do so will incur the charge of a late check in fee of 50 Euros.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment conditions are as follow:

  • 50% deposit is requested at time of booking to confirm the booking.
  • The balance is due 3 months prior to arrival. In exceptional circumstances, the Management of Stylia Villas may accept that the balance be paid upon check-in.
  • Also, please note that the credit card used to pay the initial deposit should be produced upon check in. Failing to do so, your booking might be cancelled; in such case no compensation or reimbursement shall be made.
  • Payment by bank transfer or by credit card online through a highly secured gateway.

Reimbursements

In the event of a refund, the relevant amounts will be transferred on the credit card used to make the original booking. Any booking charges applied will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Duration of stay: Varies for each period

  • The minimum stay depends on the season and varies from 3 to 12 nights (Peak Season).
  • A 5% discount is applicable for any stay of 21 nights or more.

Special Condition in the Peak Season (Dec-Jan):

  • Last arrival date: 24th December
  • Earliest departure date: 2nd January

Security Deposit & Breakage

A refundable security deposit of 300 EUR in cash is required upon check in.
A complete inventory will be done upon departure and any items found damaged, broken or missing will be invoiced to the Client.

Compliance with our rules & regulations

The Client is responsible for maintaining the villa and its equipment in good working condition.
All equipment on the premises are in good working order and all claims must be reported within 24 hours of the key being handed over, otherwise claims will not be receivable.
The Client has the obligation not to disturb the neighbourhood.
The Client has the obligation to inform the Management of Stylia Villas in case of any problem arising in the villa (water leakage, etc.) within 24h.

Registration form

At the time of check-in, the Client will be requested to fill in and sign a registration form. A copy all guests passport (or ID Card) staying at the property will also be requested.

Compliance with occupancy description

The Client undertakes to comply strictly with the villa occupancy description featured on the website in respect of the maximum number of persons that can occupy each villa at any one time. A villa cannot accommodate more that 9 people (adults, children & babies included) at any one time.

Use of villas

The villa shall be for the exclusive use of the Client.
Any external guest visit shall be strictly approved by the Management of Stylia Villas who reserve the right of admission on the premises and in the villa. In case of external guest/s staying for the night, the Management of Stylia Villas reserves the right to charge the Client for it.
The Client agrees and undertakes to use the villa in a responsible manner. Any behavior contrary to laws, good morals and/or public order will result in Stylia Villas asking the Client to vacate the villa and compound. In such case no compensation or reimbursement shall be made and Stylia Villas shall also not be responsible for any damages or prejudice if any. This will be applicable automatically and as of right, without Stylia Villas or its Management having to fulfill any judicial or extra-judicial formality.

Conciergerie Services

Abeya Services Ltd is our conciergerie services and its services are invoiced in Mauritian Rupees (noted Rs or MUR).
